i hope in some way,
you will find comfort in these words.

it's okay if you feel like
your breathing has gotten heavy,
it's okay if you want to cry until your eyes hurt.
you can take a break
from this marathon you've been running,
you can rest for a while.
but once you've reached the end,
i hope you'll be able to tell yourself
you did a good job
because i know even from afar, you did.

another day has come to an end
and you're alone once again.
pat yourself on the back,
you did well today.
we will all face episodes of unfamiliar and unpleasant feelings. but as we're watching, we can also see that the ending credits will start, and a new season will begin. in that new season, i watched you become stronger and make it to the end. you will always have someone with you until this season ends, and a new one will begin.
sadly, goodbyes come naturally
whether we're prepared for them or not.
with each passing day,
our goodbye may be coming soon.
